We just moved to an apartment on the 3rd floor with no elevator the guys did such a great job! They worked hard for 4 hours! So appreciate all they did! Highly recommend them! Mary Cheyenne WY

Overall, the team was good. But we are a church, and there was inappropriate language and sexual jokes. One guy reminded the others a few times they needed to watch what they were saying. In addition, we got charged an extra 30 minutes for 5 guys standing around trying to guess where screws went in the piano because they had mislabeled the piano legs. Shouldn't have to pay for the extra time.

Super job! Respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

Thumbs up to Deena, who was great. Price was reasonable. Estimate process was poor. Never got a clear, comprehensive estimate -- had to piece together emails sent at various times. Moving crew quit 3/4 of the way through the move out. Said they were out of time. Crew worked very hard moving in but finally just stacked in garage boxes marked for rooms inside. Job was bigger than they expected.

1. Dropped my Craftsman intermediate tool chest and tried to pass it off as "just a dent". I am unable to open the tool chest now and will have to destroy it to get my tools out of it. Replacement value ~$200, I was offered $50 off of my charge but have yet to see it.
2. Movers were rushed and careless, thus dripping my toolchest.
I am quite disappointed as I had great service in the past.

I had a team on Tuesday and a team today to assist with moving my furniture out and in to get carpet installed. Both teams were great! They were courteous, friendly, and had my moves done in about 30 minutes. Big kudos and thanks to both teams!

Professional, communicative, and quick. The movers did a great job of not only moving my furnishings, but helping out with some special requests. I already booked them to help move my shop. I recommend highly.
