Ever since Lisa began working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a part-time bookkeeper while in college, she’s had a fascination with the numbers. The more she became involved with the business side of the franchise, the more she began to realize that motivating and encouraging people is the most effective way to influence numbers and outcomes. This realization was the beginning of a 20+ year career of coaching winning teams, growing sales, and leading the way in operational excellence at multiple franchises.

Over time, Lisa became general manager of four TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises and three satellite offices. Most recently, she accepted the position of president of the franchise group and became a franchisee herself. Even though Lisa has an active family, lifelong friendships, and a growing list of community commitments, she always manages to make time for her work family, as well. One staff member said, “Lisa leads by example and has coached and mentored me since day one, teaching me to trust in myself and modeling that trust by supporting my decisions. Lisa demonstrates a strong work ethic, but she also leads us toward a sustainable balance of work and life.”

Vanessa joined the TWO MEN team in 2014 and within her first year, was promoted into an assistant manager role, which she holds today. She says she enjoys the team she gets to work with and helping customers. She also likes that every day is something different! When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

According to Austin’s co-workers, he truly embodies the core values of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. He gives back to his community by coaching softball for high school students and donates his time to local charities, such as the Candy Cane Lane food drive. Always a friend to his teammates, Austin does much for others without talking about it or drawing attention to himself.

“When I first started, I wasn’t as strong,” Austin said. “As time went on, I gathered strength and the ability to become more patient with people and coworkers. Sometimes you can really grow through challenging situations—and that’s what you need to do as a worker and leader.”

Austin’s tenacity, willingness to ask questions, desire to learn, and quickness to step up to help in a wide variety of situations has earned him the respect of his peers and management. He won “Mover of the Year” for the franchise group in 2023, and soon after was promoted into an operations management role.

Austin said his favorite thing about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is the chance to work with new people and new customers.

“I think I’ve worked with just about everyone in our franchise system by now,” he said. “I’ve traveled around Wisconsin and seen places I’ve never seen before. Each day, there’s a surprise.

Heather came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK with a strong sales, customer service, and event planning background. From the beginning, she excelled at meeting and exceeding customer needs and demonstrated leadership within her sales team. She quickly moved through the ranks to become Sales Manager and then Sales Director, now managing sales teams at all four Lightner Management Group locations: Racine, Waukesha, Madison, and Milwaukee.

Heather is an advocate for positive change within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK organization. She champions both her customers and her teams, easily connecting with a wide variety of different personality types. Heather humanizes the moving experience through personal engagement and compassion for the stress of moving day. She coaches her teams to meet people where they are with kindness, confidence, and flexibility.

Nadia oversees our organization's daily accounting operations for all locations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Since beginning with TWO MEN IN A TRUCK in July 2016, Nadia says her favorite part of the company is the positive environment. Her favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core value is “Be your best and have fun.” Nadia's coworkers say she embodies this core value well, bringing her big smile, sense of humor, and ability to find silver linings to every situation.

In her role as controller, Nadia also helps guide the company's strategic financial decisions. With Nadia as our numbers queen, we can be assured that our financial health is in good hands.

Known for her kind heart, analytical problem-solving, and desire to grow and learn as much as she can every day, Nadia is a vital part of our executive leadership team.

Adam "AJ" Jaworski is a vital part of our team. Coaching, encouraging, and guiding our sales team. AJ brings compassion and dedication to bringing our customers the best customer experience possible.

Amaya Williams is in our Racine location and loving the family feel atmosphere. Amaya loves the constant contact with the customers and helping them make the move process as easy as can be for her customers. Before coming to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Amaya worked in home care and then even door-to-door sales.
When Amaya is not rocking it out booking moves, she spends most of her free time outside with her fur baby Sasha and reading a good book. She also loves swimming, playing video games and cooking something delicious.

Casey has been tremendous since she came back on the trucks after taking a few months off. Customers are very thankful to work with her when she is doing their moves. She has everyone's respect in the shop when we are having meetings, along with helping out in an operation role as she works to grow. We are thankful to have Casey working with us.

Dane is the new Marketing Coordinator for all South Wisconsin franchises. He oversees social media, manages webpage content, coordinates marketing campaigns, and handles all marketing-related initiatives.

Santiago appreciates what he does every day at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. When he's on the job, he prefers to take the initiative. The effort he offers while training new staff to better the company demonstrates to management how much he cares. Santiago believes that the most important fundamental value is integrity, which requires being honest to oneself.
