I have always had great service and the movers have always been super polite .

Only thing I was disappointed with is walls were scuffed including paint off and no deductions were made for that. I will have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.

Two Men and A Truck are excellent! Aldo was so accommodating with changing our move date and offering a weekday discount.
I can't describe in one paragraph Jose, Josh and Terrance - THEY WERE THE BEST! They were professional, proficient, courteous, had perfect manners and always smiling. Our move went smoothly and my mother was so happy. I have been recommending Two Men and A Truck to everyone that asks. Thanks again

Barker and Leo were great and understood what help I needed. Jose was bossy/rude to the 2 men on packing day. The day of the move Jose attitude was awful and directed to me!! He would not listen to me and do what management said to do when moving into my apartment. Jose stayed by the truck and did not help Leo or Barker in the apartment. I was on the 3rd floor. There was an elevator. At the end he came to the apt. with the invoice and then said I was harrassing him!! I was asking questions, he got defensive and started taking pictures of my stuff. He left without me signing anything. The other 2 guys wanted to stay and help me but they had to listen to Jose and they left. I called Monroe. Monroe sent Barker and Leo back to me. It helped. Missing some items.

I hired Two Men and a Truck two occasions recently.
One team plastic wrapped everything and I got the insurance coverage. One mover did hit my nightstand into a rock and created a ding- he did not point this out at the time. I noticed this the next day. It is visible but I did not feel it was enough to file a claim. The team were friendly and talkative. This team already had a whirlpool tub on the truck from another stop- so slightly less room in the truck.
The second team did not use plastic wrap, door wrapper, door open stopper. These team was very quiet but very hardworking and appeared to be "in the zone". This team worked extra hours and helped us get all our belongings out of the home.

everything was really good a few pieces of furniture were scratched because they didn’t get wrapped but they were very patient and worked quickly as i had some trouble with getting wrong keys and having to wait to get into the place i was moving

Overall excellent experience. There's only one minor issue where a hole was put in the wall that was not there before but out of the four hours of move time that was the only issue that ever happened and that is in the process of being taken care of so no need to Discount any ratings over all five star. Highly recommended when they came to my place oh I did it so exactly what needed to be broken down and take it out it within an hour and a half my entire apartment was empty. They shrink wrap file cabinets and dressers and everything else with that so nothing opens while it's not supposed to. My movers themselves were professional and exceptional they really do how to operate as a team and they take a homeowner feedback so if you tell them to do something they will do that.

I am a local real estate agent and am consistently refer this company to buyers & sellers so I decided to use them. I was quoted a price and was charged almost double. The job was not completed in the day and I had to rent a truck the next day to finish the move with 5 other people. A few items were damaged and an issue arose and I contacted the local office and there was never any resolution. I will not use this company again and will not refer this company to my buyers, sellers, co-workers, family & friends.

Everything from start to finish was top notch. I would definitely recommend. There was some minor drywall damage that still needs to be repaired, but it was an exceptionally difficult staircase to get a very large couch down. Accidents happen and I don’t fault the moving team at all. I could never have moved that couch into our basement without creating even more damage. No big deal as long as it’s repaired. Other than that we were extremely satisfied.

Office staff was great. Movers were good but should have taken more care with moving furniture through the house. Ended up with scratches along my wall and a huge scratch in my brand new refrigerator. Not happy about that.
