Gino, Greg and Josh all did an excellent job from start to finish with every aspect of the move. They explained every detail of what they were doing. They asked for our needs on everything from loading to placement on unloading. Very professional and courteous. We would be glad to work with them any time.

team was very young and seemed inexperienced. They were late and ignored my instructions regarding the order that things needed to be unloaded at the destination. This caused rework at the destination which added time to the move. Further, they broke two pieces of furniture. I sent an email claim but have not heard back (in all fairness was New Years Eve when I sent it so a didn't expect a reply yet).

Jennifer and Joe were downright amazing! Fast, friendly, efficient, and so accommodating.

I used them 6 years ago and they were great but his time was quite the opposite. The 2 men doing most of the moving had no idea how to operate a dolly or team lift heavy objects. The leader spent most of his time outside in the truck. The guys didnt know how to use tools to dismantle furniture. Lunchtime came and they were gone for an hour. I saw them pull into the gas station across the street from me when they called and said they were getting a bite to eat at that gas station and said they would be over in a few minutes. So where did they go for an hour when the drive from point A to point B is 15 minutes? Good thing I didn't entrust them with anything of value. Though I am still going through the process to see if anything is missing from what was sent via the truck.

Everything was great except for the fact that they took the feet off my heavy sofa and left them on the back porch and didn’t tell me and then I had to figure out a way to put them back on because I can’t lift it by myself. That’s the only complaint that I had otherwise they were absolutely great.

The men who moved us were very professional, they knew what they were doing, worked hard and were very organized.

The team was fast and tried to be careful however, a couple of pieces of wood furniture were dented/scratched. Minor damage but still not perfect. All glass shelves arrived safely and no glass in display cabinet doors was broken. TV had some scuffs on the screen. We only moved 200 feet so didn’t expect any damage. Things seemed carefully wrapped and handled well. The guys were polite and friendly so it was a pleasant experience.

Everything went so smoothly. I was very stressed and the team was amazing. They packed 10 pounds of of stuff in a five pound bag. Thank you team for everything!!
