The move went incredibly smoothly and much faster than expected! The three gentlemen who helped were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. Wonderful experience. It is always stressful to move, and with everything so expensive, you just never know whether the value and experience will meet your expectations. I have to admit, we were very skeptical, not just with two men and a truck, but with anyone. In the end, we were extremely pleased with our move. Freddy and Donavan were extremely polite, careful, and hard-working.Highly recommend

Moving team very nice and professional. Was recommended by others that used your service. They didn't need to detail every single piece of furniture that needed to be moved. Apparently I had too when making appointment. So not every thing I wanted moved, got moved. Then informed there was supposed to be three movers. One decided not to show. Took longer, more money. Will not recommend

Only thing I was concerned about was the movers can not wear shoe protection.

While our movers don’t typically wear shoe covers due to safety and traction requirements, they are trained to take other precautions to protect your home, such as using floor runners and being mindful of their surroundings. That said, your feedback is important and helps us continue conversations internally about customer comfort and expectations.

Both of the movers were very professional, worked quickly and were organized. It was a very cold day yet the men got the job done with no problems and took very good care of our furniture and belongings.. I would definitely use them again.

The movers didn't load the truck correctly and therefore not all of the furniture fit into the truck. Several of the largest and heaviest items were left for us to have to move on our own. The crew was obviously inexperienced and didn't know the best way to navigate the furniture they did move or how to load the truck properly. Their manager was no help whatsoever. Would not recommend!
