was not happy with the end result. the men moved furniture so they could get the pieces out. They never moved all the furniture back. Blocked hallway etc. took a piece out the basement thru the backyard. Left the gate propped open. asked them if everything was of to let my German shepherd out...she was out running the neighborhood 4 1/2 hours. second stop door left open..dog got loose.

Absolutely smooth experience right from the first call.
Very professional. The guys who moved the stuff were amazing. It’s just not about lifting heavy weights, it’s an art and a special skill and they were trained to the best.
They made the whole moving experience a breeze.

Overall the experience was good. The office person was very helpful. The lead on the moving team was knowledgable & was able to move heavy awkward furniture to an upper condo unit without damaging items or walls. The one suggestion I would make is in regards to the assistant mover. He moved slowly & seemed to not know what to do. He also had to stop multiple times to pull up his pants.

Todd and Sam were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, good communicators and careful with my furniture. Overall, a great experience.

Cantrel, Giovanni, and Keith were awesome.They were right on time. They worked fast and efficiently.They plastic wrapped my furniture which I wasn't expecting. I was a little worried that all my stuff wouldn't fit into my storage unit but they got it all in perfectly. I was quoted for 5 hrs but they were done in 2 hrs 45 min.which saved me some money.Thank you!
