My experience was a good one. There were a couple of surprises: When I set up the date for my move I was told that the shelves in my basement could be disassembled and would be reassembled in my new home only to be told it was against policy to set them up. There seemed to be some reluctance to taking them down in the first place. The mallet (mine) used to disassemble the shelves was broken and left in the basement. I would have liked to have been told so I could replace it to use reassembling them in my new house.

The movers were cheerful, respectful and very personable. They seemed to enjoy each other and also enjoy their job. Was very surprised at how good their attitude toward the hard work was. The three men are a real asset to your organization

On the day of our move our team Joe and Mike showed up promptly, introduced themselves, evaluated the items, and started to work. The items we had were extremely heavy. Mike and Joe worked together seamlessly to get the job done. We would highly suggest if you have a move, use Two Men and a Truck.
