The moving team moved all my furniture with ease and without damage to from my old address to the new place very efficiently and in a timely manner. Very pleasant and knowledgeable employees from the office employees to the moving team! I highly recommend them!!

To start, the moving company showed up over 2 hours late with no notification.
I had to call the company, in which the local office would not answer, so it went to the corporate office in Milwaukee.
The corporate office couldn't even contact the local office, as no one would answer, so I spent a good hour just trying to figure out if the movers were even showing up.
Once the movers showed up, it was 3 guys, couldn't be much older than young 20's.
When moving my furniture and other items, little care was taken.
My furniture was bashed into walls, ground, doors, etc.
After showing what needed to be moved, there were no more questions asked. They took apart furniture without asking.
Luggage was dragged down steps.
When using a dolly to move things, the dolly was rammed into steps.

Bryant and Quinn were terrific. They arrived on time, were friendly and took great care of my belongings. If I move again I will request those two.

Terrance and Chris were very courteous and very efficient in getting our move completed in a timely manner. They handled the furniture with care and worked well as a team. We've used other moving companies in previous moves and this was a much more positive experience. If we need to move again, I would request Terrance and Chris again. I truly appreciated their hard work and positive attitudes. An extra special thank you and shout out to Terrance and Chris for an exceptional job!

The 3 guys that moved our items were fantastic! Pleasant and most importantly did a darn good job. I was very worried about items being damaged, but I worried for no reason.

Cedric and Jariel were great! They were personable. They moved about with great efficiency. Once they attached a mirror to a dresser, I noticed it was not on quite right. They fixed it. I would hire them in a minute, if I ever needed to.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the time starts when they leave the office and then is estimated to get back to the office. To me, that seems like a price gouge. If it takes them 1 hour and 50 minutes to start and complete actually start moving my stuff, then I don’t want to be charged another 30 minutes due to their travel time to my old place and from my new place back to the office. Your prices are high enough.

I appreciated being able to submit my request and using the application to indicate approximately how much would be moved, to improve the quote accuracy. This also allowed me to discuss whether or not I wanted to move my pool table. I appreciated that the quote came back so quickly, and that I received a follow up phone call to finalize plans. The crew that arrived was courteous, attentive and careful with my things. They had a sense of humor that I enjoyed. It was obvious to me that they all respected the lead on the job, and that the lead, in particular had a lot of experience, and he ensured the job was done right. There was one thing that they thought may have lost a screw or connector somewhere in the move, and they were quick to bring this to my attention. Thank you! Cathy
