From my initial call with Angel through the move. The performance of your teams was EXCELLENT.

I can't say enough about Angel's great customer service. Our move had a few moving pieces and she grasped it immediately. All went without a hitch. The moving team were simply the best we have ever worked with.

We will call back when our remodel is done, and we are ready to move back. Thanks!

My moving team did a great job. My only negative comment is that they were scheduled to be at my location ( 4 doors down from your Plymouth location in the same strip mall) at 9am. The crew was coming from West Allis I believe. They arrived and were ready to start at 10am. I sat waiting with nothing to do for an hour. Otherwise, the move was super. They took great care. A++

Mark, thank you for your great feedback. It is possible that the day of your move, all trucks from Plymouth were occupied which then prompted a truck from Milwaukee, which caused the arrival time to be delayed. My moving team with Two Men and a Truck were wonderful. They were friendly, efficient and had great taste in music. I dislike moving but they made the experience enjoyable! I will definitely call on them for a future move. :0)

I have two main complaints with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. First the total bill was more than the estimate. When you receive an estimate of $300-$595 dollars you expect your bill to be something between..not well over. Second, although the movers were efficient and easy to work with mud was tracked in both the apt and my new home. I would have expected measures to ensure a clean move.

James, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your move. As explained during the phone call, as well as the email pre-move letter, the estimate is just that - an estimate. While we can't say these were present for your move, factors like weather, more items being physically present than what was documented during the inventory process, or difficult items that use more time to navigate in and out of a home can all cause estimate times and costs to fluctuate. We do apologize for the muddy shoes - carpet shield is always available for purchase if the customer so desires to ensure flooring is protected. Again, please accept our apology for your inconvenience.
