On pick up your team damaged our basement stairs, then your Manager wanted me to sign a waiver of liability before he would allow the move to continue. Also found him to be very unpleasant to talk to. evEntually he agreed to finish the move.

Our wood floor was damaged during the move. Was contacted by two men and a truck the same day and was informed that third-party in our area sand Masters would be reaching out to us. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing. I hope to hear from somebody soon, I will write a review once the repair has been completed .

The two men were very efficient which made the moving faster. The first thing they did was introduced themselves in a friendly manner. One person was doing the introduction and paperwork while the other one was hard at work moving my items. It was a nice smooth experience.
