All three of the movers were prompt, efficient, and did excellent work. Our belongings were packaged nicely and care was taken to not damage anything. The movers set everything back up at the new location and made sure we were happy before moving on.

The woman in the office to whom I spoke (Sacha) was very friendly and helpful. Although I was surprised that the entire process was done by phone, rather than having someone come to the house, it seemed to work well. She was able to able to accommodate all the changes that I made and never got frustrated or annoyed at any time. The men who did the actual moving were just great.

One bedroom apartment took 2.5Hs to load despite it being in Madison. Truck could not turn down an alley in Chicago that every other unit in the building has successfully moved in and out of. Had to unload on the sidewalk and I sat by the truck for 3Hs watching it while it was unloaded. Dropped a dresser. Probably shouldn’t be used to move to a large city.
