They need to lay a runner on floors. My floors were scratched in two different places They are new floors and I’m very disappointed. They try to do too much by themselves. The workers were good workers.
Response
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the scratches on your new floors. We appreciate your input on using runners to protect surfaces, and we’ll take this into consideration for future moves. It’s great to hear that you found our workers to be good, and we’ll continue to strive for the best service possible. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please let us know.

Anthony W, Brett H( crew leader),and Jarrett C, were the most awesome moving team. They were efficient, friendly and careful with my belongings.
I was stressed I had too much stuff, but they were reassuring and knew how to pack the truck to fit everything in. They always had a smile on their faces and answered all my questions. The next day moving into my new place went great also. 10 stars!!!
