overall it was a great experience. I had made many calls to get furniture in my home moved to different rooms, up stairs etc. very little response from anyone. what a surprise to find 2 men does this type of in home move. Sasha in the office and my team were first rate. A 3 man team was at my home the next day - in less than 24 hours! wow - that's service. Very grateful, happy customer thank you
