Setting up our appointment was easy, and communication was great. Our moving crew was prompt and friendly. They competently moved some incredibly heavy pieces of workout equipment down and up stairs, and helped us get them arranged just right in our space. From the second the truck pulled up I could tell the driver was in a mood. He was not friendly & there was clearly tension between the 2 movers. I don't think the move went as quick as it could have because of this. Damion worked hard trying to compensate for Bradley but I do think it cost me time & therefore money. If I knew I would get Damion again, I would use you again but not Bradley.

If you set a time for 9:00 am phone beforehand to say that you’ll be late. Please train your team on disassembling of furniture. Scratching an oak bedroom set because you drop the mirror part...Thank goodness the mirrors didn’t break. Losing a screw of a bedroom set isn’t acceptable, but luckily we had a similar type of screw at home and it worked. Team was friendly and polite and worked fast.

Horrible Company. Showed up with a tiny little truck when I was informed you would be coming with a 26 footer. If I had not rented my own 26 ft truck for other things i needed to do, the move would have taken 20 hours. My truck and your baby truck were both filled twice so you tell me how many trips your little truck would have taken. Then you knock a whole 90$ off the final bill! You guys suck

It is unfortunate that you were unhappy with your move experience. As soon as you contacted us, management reviewed the use of our 20ft truck, the estimate, actual work and drive time, and made the refund accordingly. However, if you’d like to discuss this further, please call 360-553-3848.

We really appreciated the extra time Leah took in finding an opening in the schedule for our move. Zak & Steven were fantastic workers; powering through the driving winds, freezing cold and sleeting snow to load the truck. They were efficient, good natured and very careful. We were 100% satisfied with their work. We will refer them & are planning to hire them again for moving in the future.
