Horrible service - both with moving crew and management. Completely poor service.

Amy, we are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent move. Unfortunately, under Washington State law, we cannot compensate customers for any piece of furniture made from particle board that may have been damaged in transit. This was explained by our lead driver and signed off by you at the beginning of the move. We hope this clears up any confusion. The three men and their truck shoes up on time and got right to work. All of them were happy to move our stuff and did it quickly. Very helpful.

Very satisfied with the moving crew. Team leader, Christian, was very knowledgeable of the tasks needed, was focused on the job at hand and had a no-nonsense attitude.

The men impressed me from the start. Clean cut and so polite though out move. They were so careful with my stuff. They were on time and didn't waste a minute to get started. I would highly recommend They moving team and the company to anyone.

The guys were totally professional — they were proficient in protecting and moving our furniture, along with taking apart and reassembling certain pieces. We were especially pleased they figured out how to take apart our unusual dining table, which was wood with a glass turntable in the center. They were also very pleasant to work with. Thank you!
