Though occasionally difficult to get ahold of, the office staff was kind and courteous over the phone. They did a great job of answering questions. I wish it would’ve been made more clear that the time traveled to and from their base to my home was included in the final cost however. Brent and Isaac were my movers and they were exceptional! Very kind, friendly, fast, helpful, and cautious with my belongings. They definitely exceeded expectations!

Move was done on time and staked in a storage unit neatly and well organized. The only thing I wish was that the ramp was secured to the truck not just being placed on the lip of the truck. It did fall off and one of the workers was hurt.

The two men moving my stuff complained to my wife when I wasn't there that our stuff was too heavy. They didn't complain once they arrived to the location where I was, but I didn't like hearing that. They also were far too reckless with my heavy, expensive furniture going up the stairs and broke a window and put a large hole in the drywall. Luckily, the stuff survived and the moving company is going to compensate me, but I still felt the entire ordeal could have been avoided if they would have taken their time.

This was our first big move so we were not quite sure how it worked or what exactly to do. The office staff was so great to work with and answered all of my questions. The moving team was helpful, polite and great to work with! We’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

Easy to book, extremely professional staff and movers, affordable. There is always stress when moving. Two Men and a Truck take all the stress out of it. Seriously, they do it all and do it well. I highly recommend their services.

The guys who helped us move during very stormy weather were unbelievable! They were thoughtful and kind and despite several obstacles, from way too many stairs to sideways rain, maintained a positive attitude that I would not have been able to manage myself. We will definitely hire Two (or Three) Guys for our next move and share our experience with others.

My one frustration with your company is actually getting a move booked. I'm a real estate agent, and often use 2 Men + a Truck to move staging items in and out of homes. I'll fill out your online form, I get a message back saying someone will call ... and often no one does. Or I'll call in, all the lines are busy so I leave my number ... and never hear back. I want to continue to use your service and to be comfortable referring you but when I have to place multiple calls I start to think about finding other options. I will say that once I do get someone on the phone they are often able to accommodate my request, which is sometimes on fairly short notice.
