Due to a snow storm we were unable to move on the original scheduled date. The office (Jay?) had great communication and was really amenable to our situation. When we were able to move Kyle and Alex came in and prepped the space and did such an amazing job. Our unload driveway was tricky and steep but they handled it so well and it was truly a great experience. I'm so happy we hired Two Men and a Truck. I would hire them again in an instant and have recommended them since.

I will always call Two Men and a Truck whenever I need help moving furniture and belongings! They are highly professional, cheerful, and punctual! They move/walk/load boxes FAST without compromising safety or security. They gave me a written estimate and finished the job for less. When I paid the wrong amount by mistake, they called to point out the error and promised to charge me the lower amount. Who does that anymore?! Why would I ever call anyone else! Thanks for everything!

Movers were excellent. I was pleased because of last minute availability 2-3 days prior to moving date. The only hiccup was that I didn’t receive the email with the estimate agreement to sign for 24 hours so I had to reach out with email and a phone call. I was never able to reach anyone directly when I called so I was always dependent on a call back, which made me nervous because of the time crunch. Wouldn’t have bothered me if I wasn’t booking so close to the date.

Office staff were very easy to work with and quite informative. Very pleasant. Our moving team, Kyle and Dom, were great! They called ahead, arrived on time, were very careful, a real pleasure to work with and they did a fantastic job. We would definitely use and recommend Two Men and a Truck to others, and hope we get Kyle and Dom again! Our thanks to them both for a job well done!

I was extremely happy with the team that moved us. They were professional, quick, respectful and had an overall great attitude. I would definitely recommend them. A friend recommended them to me and she had the same experience.

The guys that came were careful and thorough, and moved us well. We have no complaints.

From the planning aspect and execution, the experience with two guys and a truck was great. I was able to schedule a move with in a week, get an estimate, and the guys that came out were very professional and great. The reason I wouldn't use this service again, or recommend, is because I didn't think it was reasonable for me to pay the movers for their travel time to and from the Two Men and a truck base. If there was a flat rate, that would make sense, but $140 and hour to drive to my apartment during rush hour? The move it self took 3 hours, but I was charged for 5 hours of work because of the travel time and my apartment is only 25 minutes away. I wouldn't be as upset about it, had that expectation been explained in the estimate portion.

Already described in several communications with the central office and with the local office. I have not received ANY offer to make this situation right. I incurred additonal expenses because the move was not completed and the manager at the local office, Kyle Mobley (425) 823-1999) did not get back to me in any reasonable time although I left several messages for him. When we finally connected, he rationalized the movers actions, did not admit that the company was going to charge me extra although they had not completed the move as requested, and made no offer to settle. I will not use your services anymore.

It was a great experience from start to finish the guys came with smiles and a good attitude. Were very quick to get everything in the truck and unload the truck very pleased with all of you from the office to the movers. I will definitely use yall in the future for the next move. Thank you for your hard work and great customer service.
