I was not at the pickup, I had a relative present at the move from location. The truck was late which was a worry because the individual waiting had a schedule to maintain. I was at the move-in location and was concerned movers were moving my furniture a bit rough. The next morning I checked the furniture and found several damage areas. Have contacted Customer Service 4 times now and as of today NO RESPONSE ! I would like some service please. Very disappointing.

Explained in detail about the fragility of one of the items. They dented it and when I said something about it the mover said Oh Well. They also were not careful and knicked some of the walls. Also VERY slow- inefficient
I was very pleased when I originally went to the office in person and explained what I was looking for.
You just lost a customer that would have provided consistent business.
Your follow up person kept verifying the wrong date over and over even when I corrected him. You really need to train your people better.

The team was wonderful and very careful with my possessions. They also made me very comfortable as they understanding about the emotions attached to packing up ones home for over 30 yrs and having to put it into storage. Which was very much appreciated.
The only recommendation that I have, is that when putting chemicals into a customers vehicle, please pack so they can't possibly spill. I had a gallon of 30 Second cleaner, had along with several other gallons of chemicals that were just placed in the back of the vehicle and they tipped over. I was so very thankful that it did not harm the Leather seats or the black carpet. However, I cannot say the same for my Vera Bradley overnight bag or the clothes within that were ruined.

The team arrived on time, were loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently. Brent did a wonderful job leading the team, and everything was carefully packed to protect finishes on the furniture. We were very happy and grateful to have the team help us with our move.

It was such a nitemare. I was clearly told that cost is as per weight and not inventory but that was not the case. Requested for boxes for packing and movers showed up with no boxes. Inventory was not picked in total. Dismantle pieces were left behind. Movers took the mirror out but refused to take out the pieces which are needed to hang the mirror back. Thet said the are not professional or trained enough to do so. The disptach team never called a day in advance to inform when will they come. I tried chasing but the earliest I heard was on the day of the move informing the wont come till 1pm. Late start led to late complete. With paying so high, I now need to go back and complete my out of state move on my own.

They were 100% professional and provided top quality service getting us set up for the move, even accommodating some blips on our end on estimating our # of boxes and stuff.
