I have used 2 Men and a Truck 3 times in the last two months. I really liked the movers who came on each trip. I felt like they took great care of my belongings and were very accomodating. My only frustration was that each quote was way off the price of the final bill. Each final payment created sticker shock in me. As a company, you need to get better at quoting!

My experience was awesome. The guys were exceptional !!!! Every part....phone calls, timely, polite.....I can’t say enough about their professionalism.

The two movers were excellent at protecting the furniture I needed moved. Very polite and professional too

My move started off well. There were 3 guys and a truck that should have been able to fit all my stuff. They loaded the boxes quickly; but when it came to moving and loading furniture things started going downhill. The movers kept the two twin beds intact instead of disassembling them, and ultimately left a bed behind because they had arranged the truck poorly. Their "solution" was to suggest that I didn't need to take the bed, even though it what my kid sleeps on. They then spent over 20 minutes trying to get one twin bed up stairs in my new house. Both issues could have been avoided had they taken the beds apart to begin with. They also didn't take the dining room table apart before carrying it down the stairs, which led them to leave a huge gash in my wall, and reduced room in the truck

They were over two hours late when I took off work to be there. They scratched/broke bed set. They dented and scratched the walls of my new home and didn’t take there wet shoes off or put down anything on my carpet. Didn’t put anything together at the house even left some stuff wrapped in there stuff. Couch cushions not even placed in couch. They said they hadn’t eaten in 13 hours, never worked this late before bad working conditions from the company. I work in the real estate business and will never refer or support this company

We had some very delicate/antique furniture and heavy pieces to move including a piano. Overall the men did a good job of wrapping all of the furniture items with blankets to prevent scratching. Furniture was not stacked on top of each other in the moving truck to also help protect from scratching. Unfortunately the one piece they did not wrap suffered a fairly bad scratch but thankfully the small piece of wood that came off was found and hopefully this will help with the repair. All in all they did good job of moving our furniture and took good care of each piece. They did go above and beyond when asked to put furniture pad feet on every piece of furniture before moving it into the final destination.
