The entire process of moving was simplified. Evan visited our home first and did a "walk" through, explaining and answering my questions.
Day of moving went smoothly. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. Nick, Nicholas and Brandon were professional, courteous and fun to banter back and forth with.

I moved from my downstairs to my upstairs duplex, so I didn't need a truck. My roommate suggested 2 men and a truck for muscle power, even though I didn't need a truck. The office staff set me up with a convenient appointment, called me to remind me, and the movers called to let me know when they were on their way, so there were no surprises. The crew arrived promptly, were energetic and in a good mood. They got straight to work, and with great care moved my furniture pieces as if they were priceless antiques. They even cheerfully moved the few boxes I had packed, while the paperwork was being completed. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who asks. Great job! Appliance movers came next day; they had these over the shoulder harnesses that you might want, backsavers.

My experience with TMT was great from beginning to end. The office staff that first picked up my call was courteous and professional. It was a longer phone call than I first anticipated but I know now they were trying to be detailed to offer the best possible estimate for me. Communication prior to the movers showing up was clear and reassured me that it was going to be a smooth move day. It did end up taking 6.75 hours versus the 4.5 that was estimated but there were some heavy pieces that needed to be moved from the second floor and they were careful to pack everything up with blue moving blankets and the shrink wrap material to keep all drawers in place. One of the movers (newer?) did seem to be less enthused than the others about our satisfaction but overall we're happy.

Overall, the price was too high for above average service. The movers were good but could of worked faster at times. The office staff did not explain everything clearly. At the end, I would recommend if there are no other options available. I will use another moving service that is more affordable and more worth my time and money. It took 3.5 hours to move 10 items from an apartment that is literally half a mile from my old apartment. That is not accceptable at all. Thank you!
