1) you canceled on the original move date and time. You let me know less that 15 minute prior to the scheduled start time.
2) you were late for the rescheduled date and time.
3) we were contracted fir 3 men. You showed up with 2.
4) the truck they brought was the wrong size (small van, not even a moving truck at all). The van had no runners or other required equipment for the move.
5) we had to wait another hour for the appropriate size truck/equipment to arrive.
6) due to all the problems and errors the office staff promised a break in price which was never offered/honored.
7) even the moving staff that came out said andamp;acirc;€œI told them (bosses) this truck was not going to be big enough.andamp;acirc;€

I would not recommend your services to anyone.

I was extremely happy with the in-house furniture move they completed. There was some confusion between what Corporate told me the local office could do and what the local office movers were capable of. The movers explained the miscommunication and took ownership. Clint and his movers have excellent customer service skills and I will definitely use them when I have more furniture to move.

The three movers were EXCELLENT. They showed up and completed my move in a timely fashion.

Great staff and movers were professional, efficient and courteous.
Hope they return when I need the furniture placed back where it belongs after floors are completed.

Crew was prompt, courteous, and experienced. Outstanding job wrapping and handling the marble 2 sink vanity. Crew was helpful and friendly, focused on doing the job right. Would rehire without any reservation.

I needed to have a very large fish tank moved (without fish) and was very nervous and hesitant in choosing a company. I went with Two Men and a Truck because the office team was so courteous and patient. The move went off flawlessly and I was so impressed with the company that I will be using them again to move a deep freezer soon. The entire experience was A++.
