Was wanting to have a sofa moved from one floor to another, which was accomplished in five minutes. Wished the rates for something
like that were better, but they were able to get it done quickly. So I am happy with that.

Received valuable and clear info in first phone call. All info followed up with email. Team showed up on time,clean dressed and personable. Quick and efficient . Felt like they cared about the safety of my items!!!! Will definitely recommend and use again on any future moves.

The moving team of Adam, Marvin, and others was exceptional! If I recommend your services, it is because of the interaction and professionalism of the moving crew. The confusion of scheduling was quite bothersome, adding additional costs and frustration to the move, even though a 5% reduction was offered for the inconvenience. Blaming this on "communication problem" indirectly implicates me as part of the problem. As I recall, I asked for a pickup and delivery on certain days. It was not until I called to confirm the pickup that I was advised of the delay. Not real happy about that angle of the interaction with your company. Fortunately, Adam and his moving crew provided outstanding service and because of their efforts, I would recommend your company

Overall this was a good move. The move was slowed by one of the movers being inexperienced. After the move, I found some items that were not properly tighten when reassembled. The move out was 4 stories without an elevator. The move in was all on the same level and everything could be rolled in, yet the moves took the same amount of time.

Moved some pieces of furniture from Reston to Bethesda. Service was great, fast, and done with professional care.

Professional, courteous and they took excellent care of heirloom dining room furniture. Well done!

Jared was professional for the estimate and follow-through. Will, Marvin, Daniel and Chris were the movers. They were PHENOMENAL! They moved quickly and diligently and didn't complain. They got everything done and moved. They made the move less stressful. The professionalism from the entire team is outstanding. I would gladly recommend the team for any future moves, especially when anyone is dealing with large amounts of stuff. They packed the back of the truck as if there were professional Tetris players.
