As a repeat customer, I was comfortable using Two Men and a Truck. James, who seemed to be the crew leader, was timely, friendly and professional. There was, unfortunately, a small dent in my basement stairwell thanks to a very heavy, bulky desk, but the office staff worked quickly and fairly to resolve the issue. I'd recommend and/or use TMAAT again.

Now that I have finally calmed down enough to write an objective review, I am not happy with the movers themselves. They only used 10 blankets for a one bedroom apartment That had multiple large items My antique four poster bed should’ve used a minimum of six blankets alone. My bed and the posts are scratched and gouged. Again they only used one blanket for my 5 foot chest of drawers which is now scratched and one of the corners is gouged. I had asked them to wrap the post individually instead they stuck them in a box with a bunch of other stuff. I had a little yellow chest that I told him to take care of they also stuck this in a box with other items unwrapped. It’s now chipped. There were three of them and one of them had to be waited on repeatedly. Extremely disappointed with this move.

Three pieces of furniture had some damage, and staircase walls had some damage. I want to find out what will be covered as part of the insurance. Rao

Not only did the crew damage my belongings, but they’ve damaged the walls, gouged the hardwood, and torn the carpet on the stairs of the rental I’ve moved into. I’m waiting to hear back on how you plan to remedy the situation.

Have contacted local office with problems. Broken conference room table glass. Refused to assemble conference room table - too tired. Complained that they never moved an office before and they came in early to their office and were told to return at 2 pm for the office move. Over all not experienced in office moves.

The movers notified they were on their way and showed up on time. They worked hard and moved the furniture out and into the new place fairly quickly. However, noticed a hole was left when moving out and now noticed that a mirror was not properly attached to a dresser in the new place. I hope they will come back to fix immediately.

The movers knocked a 2 inch hole in the ceiling of my stairwell, allowed the couch to bang into the wall and chip the paint, scrapped the couch along the wall putting a 18 inch scratch in the wall, twisted the couch leg into the wall so hard that it removed the stain from the couch leg, transferring it on the wall and door frame. I only received $50 for the damages. I would never use Two Men and a truck again.

The only reason I cannot give excellent on everything is that our 60 inch tv was broken by a mover. Clearly he knew this had happened, but it wasn't brought to our attention and after they had gone, I came across it. The company was quick to give me a damage report to fill out, but because I didn't pay extra ahead of time for the extra insurance, we are getting $27 compensation. Having used the company before I had no worry about damages, so I didn't think I needed it. We weren't expecting a full replacement, but something more towards getting one. The guys worked quickly and our move took much less time and cost much less than we had expected.

The crew was incredibly nice and hard working. I had two issues with the move. 1) One of the master dressers was put in the guest room and vice versa. Wasn't too big of a deal for me luckily because my son was still visiting, but we had to literally lift the dressers approx. 4 ft in the air to get them out/in the guest room because of the bed being in the way and limited space.

The second issue was/is with the bed in the Master bedroom. It wasn't put back together correctly at the new house. The center supports weren't screwed back in properly and the mattress sagged in the center. I had to remove the mattress try to screw in the supports as well as possible because the original screws are missing. I really hope it stays together, but I have doubts.
Other than that, there were no issues.

Several little things finding damage and took FOREVER to pack up the truck sent two guys said three most of the work had been done already just needed it in the truck awful!
