Moving team members should be instructed to take note which boxes are labelled "Fragile" and not to stack heavier boxes on top of them when moving them on the dolly or stacking them.

The unload team from Arlington/DC seemed to be in a "contest" as to how fast they could unload the truck (at least one member bragged about how fast they were when they finished); I would rather that movers take their time and handle the property with care. I was surprised the "beat up" condition many of the boxes arrived in, even the ones which I had packed very solidly full of books. Are boxes thrown around in the warehouses or in the crating process? Again, more care seems to be needed when handling a client's property. That may have prevented my file cabinet from being damaged, needing replacement. Two Men charges a lot of money for moving a relatively small amount of items, and I was expecting better care of my property.
(I want to say, though, that the "pack up" team from Columbus, OH, did a great job with the loading process; they took their time and exercised care).

I had an excellent team of movers; Jim and Daniel. They were helpful from start to finish, which was important because when they arrived, I was still taping boxes. They were careful with each one of my belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving a lot of items.

My small move went flawlessly, from the scheduling process to the awesome moving team. I would highly recommend!

The crew was incredibly helpful and made my move a breeze! There was so much furniture for them to disassemble and reassemble and they did it all seamlessly! I’ve never gotten movers before but now I’ll always go back to two men and a truck! Thank you so much!!

A number of totes as well as a floor length lamp were damaged in the move. I requested garment boxes due to the fact that most of my clothes are hung up. The movers did not show up with garment boxes, instead just kept my clothes on hangers and put them in regular boxes. This has been quite a headache for me because I had to bring A LOT of clothing to the dry cleaner to have them steamed/pressed.

The team were assembling the bed and it took longer than it should have because they could not figure out a right screw. It would have saved me some money had they told me what was going on. Be more communicative I guess if any issue arises. I went and got the right screw next day and put it together.

Everyone was great. When there was an issue with the pod opening, every person form the movers to the staff were helpful and flexible. When the elevator did not work, the movers understood and hauled everything up to the second floor. Excellent service from everyone involved. Thank you.

Our second move with 2Men was a complicated one made more difficult because of the time constraints imposed on us from our condo management. However, Alex, Julius, Kyle and Fernando were efficient and very courteous. They also exhibited patience and professionalism through out the move. I would recommend two men and a truck highly.

Everyone from the front office to the movers were very professional. Verification of appointment to calls before they arrived … everything was great. Moving is an awful thing to do … very happy I had Two Men and a Truck to help me through it!
