We always have had a great moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. The movers are friendly, respectful, and careful. If we decide to move again (hopefully this is our last move), then we certainly would use their moving services again.

We had a great move day thanks to the team that showed up. We had Mike B., Jason W, Monroe B, Ryan and Daniel. Jason even had my 5 year old son 'help' all day. This was especially wonderful as moving was a stressful experience for him and Jason and the team allowed him be a part of everything! Everything made the move intact and in a very timely way. Highly recommend.

Over all the process was great. My one frustration is that the guys were not able to fit all my things on the truck and it took a lot longer to load the truck than anticipated. I had to rent another truck to get the rest because I could not afford another truck with you all. I feel like the job was under estimated. But the staff and the moves were wonderful to deal with. I am especially thankful to the movers Monroe, David and Ryan L.

I requested the same crew to do the move-out and move-in because the first crew was amazing AND they disassembled our furniture. Unfortunately the office was unable to use the same group, which greatly impacted our move-in time. Reassembly of the furniture took forever and I felt bad for the movers because they were unfamiliar with all the parts. If at all possible I would suggest really trying to use the same group if there are multiple moves for one customer (i.e. old house -> storage -> new house). If you nail down this piece I think your company would be flawless.

I only had 5 pieces to move and I had already prepared them with shrink wrap etc only one of the pieces was of concern of damaging and I made that clear.. the others I just wanted to be moved out .. I told them there was no need to wrap them in blankets and shrink wrap just basically get them out of there .... but they wrapped did them anyway which I was annoyed because it wasted my money !!! The only piece that I was worried about was the only piece they did not wrap .... general manager was there and he was training 2 movers on my dime and that really annoyed me and it took them 3 hours to move 5 pieces because they didn’t know what they were doing so he had to micro manage and show them how to do it. I was not happy about that !!! I am realtor I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!

While we can appreciate that you didn't see the need to have all items wrapped, we have a relationship to maintain with the apartment. The specific item you mentioned was too fragile to carry out with the pads and wrapping over- top, so our men carried it out and wrapped it once it was on the truck. <br/>Your move came in UNDER the estimated time and you were given a 3rd man for free. The realtor coupon you had was not technically applicable for the move yet we still applied a $50 discount to your services. The communication and discussion of technique between the movers and the manager is something we encourage and is not considered training. All movers are properly trained before heading out on any of our services and the continuous education of our movers is why we stand out above other moving companies.</div>

The moving team was very friendly, explained everything as they went along and were helpful. They were very careful with my household goods and took extra time to pack and pad.
