Items were left by movers in a storage unit. I was not notified by the movers until 24 hrs later. The owner of the storage area put the items in a dumpster. I spoke to Robert in Salem VA and was told he would arrange for pick up. I have not heard from him re: this.

The team leader (sorry I don't remember his name) was really talented and had excellent 3-dimensional spatial/geometry understanding, fantastic delegation skills, as well as social skills. He should be promoted forthwith! This is not to diminish the work of his assistant, who was a true team player, had amazing social skills and could maintain a sense of humor, throughout. Thank you!

The person who did the estimate made a great first impression. I hoped that the moving crew's attitude would be the same and they were very friendly. They acted professionally, but were very upbeat and never made me fill uncomfortable. Thanks for making my move enjoyable.
