We had an excellent overall experience, starting with the phone conversations with Dixie (in the Salem office) and ending with Nate and Dimitri (delivering our items to the new address). They were courteous and punctual, to the tee. We moved only part of our house this time, and will definitely call on these folks for the final part. The only improvement we'd suggest is the website menu for items to be moved. Its is too inflexible. For example, there is no way to enter sideboard (for which we used "China cabinet") or wood storage cabinets (entered as "cabinets, metal." Luckily, the crew has a good sense of humor, and we referred to the various items by their official names with a chuckle, as they are ticked off in the inventory.

Two Men and a Truck successfully helped me move very last minute! They were booked over a month out but it just so happened that their afternoon was free and they arranged it so I could use their services despite being last minute. The young lady (Dixie) I spoke to over the phone was very polite and helpful answering all of my questions. There ended up being three young guys (Rob, Clay, and Brandon) that helped me and my family. They were all kind and careful with our personal belongings—they especially did a great job doing this with my four kiddos around and even included them with the kids wanted to help. The guys had good camaraderie and communication amongst each other as well which made the whole experience pleasant.

The guys were extremely efficient, worked well as a team, worked very quickly, were professional and personal, great attitudes and personalities, and went over and above to make our move a pleasant experience. When we move our furniture from storage to our new home in approx. six months, we want the same crew to do the moving for us. We were impressed. Thanks for a job well done! Roger and Nancy

I can’t say enough about how great your service was! Nikki at the office was very clear and supportive, and Nate and Brandon were just super.
