would be nice if someone came out and saw what was to be moved and estimated how many boxes would be needed so would come a bit closer to the estimate.

Rob in the office was my contact for setting up my move. When I asked him 2 weeks before move date if this company provides a way to transfer my clothes on hangers to save me from packing them in boxes. Rob said "yes, we can wrap them in large quilts that we use." On move day, both movers came and told me those quilts are used to wrap furniture and items that have peoples pet hairs all over and I would get the hairs on my clothes. We contacted their office and their manager agreed to bring some wardrobe boxes, which would cost me $12 ea. I was angry. Chris, owner/manager came with wardrobe boxes. He understood when I explained my concern about taking time to pack clothes and if Rob had been more clear and detailed about the quilts, I could have been prepared already with wardrobe boxes I was upset to fnd now I had to buy the boxes. Chris was courteous and offered to not charge for the boxes and to help me pack my clothes, which he did. The 2 men who moved me were personable, very courteous and supportive regarding reasons I was upset and angry, good manners too .

I have used your services before and have been very pleased. For some reason this time seemed to be a a bit of a challenge. Not sure if it was the property. You have moved larger items before and we had no problem with items being broken. In addition, it took longer and I had less stuff than my previous moves.
