Since assuming the General Manager position in 2024, Michael has driven the growth and success of our Newport News location while also overseeing operations in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. With over a decade of leadership experience in both the military and private sector, Michael brings structure, consistency, and a deep understanding of efficient operations to the team.
