Meet the Newport News Team

We’re excited to welcome Kiana Andrews as our new Move Consultant at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Newport News! Originally from Jamaica, Queens, and raised in the Bronx, Kiana brings a wealth of experience in customer service, banking, and property management to our team. With over 12 years of experience in customer service, Kiana has a strong ability to solve problems and offer tailored solutions for our customers’ moving needs. Her management background also allows her to work closely with our franchise manager, providing valuable insights for optimizing operations. Outside of work, Kiana is a devoted mother of two and enjoys quality family time. She is also actively involved in various ministries at her church. Kiana’s dedication to helping others and her passion for excellent service make her a wonderful addition to our Newport News team!

We are proud to announce Dechaie Rawling as our ‘Mover of the Month’. Dechaie has been with us for a few weeks and has captured the attention of quite a few customers. He is very quiet and humble, but he lights up when he’s around his customers. He worked for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® back in 2022 and returned in 2024; since then, he has mastered the tablets, proven his knowledge of the overall move process, and has shown that he has what it takes to be a top-tier moving expert. We are so thankful to have him on our team!
