Two Men and a Truck spreading awareness of domestic violence

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - TWO MEN NAD A TRUCK® is partnering with the Shelter for Help in Emergency for its Movers for Moms campaign.

Through April, the moving company is collecting items a mother may enjoy giving out for Mother’s Day.

It’s looking for items like clothing, toys for children, non-perishable food, and more.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK does this each year to spread awareness on domestic violence.

“Every year about 1.3 million people suffer from domestic violence,” Scott Weaver with Two Men and a Truck said, “Here at Two Men and a Truck, we like to take an active role in helping those moms and those who have been victimized by domestic violence.”

All the donations go directly to the shelter at the beginning of May.
