Hi my experience with your company was a very bad one - I had 3 upright pianos moved to different local homes and 1 of them was dropped by your employees. A board on the bottom of piano is cracked and a wheel is pushed into the wood and turned backward. The piano no longer sits level. The local manager, Mario told me he'd take care of getting it fixed and would call me or have a furniture repair vendor that he works with call me that day or the next - no call. I called the next day , was told Mario was on another line and would call me later that day - no call. I've begun the process of disputing the charges to my Visa card. I want someone to fix the broken part on the bottom of the piano. I'd appreciate Mario being a man of his word and actually calling when he said he would. Janet

Everything went well, except a few scratched on a couple pieces.
We have a piano, so we expected the extra rate and extra man, but then the piano wouldn't fit in the elevator, so we paid a piano mover too, a week later to get that moved. Wish we could have avoided that mess.

When a box is marked "fragile" it means something is breakable in that box. Boxes marked "books" should never be placed on fragile boxes.

The entire experience from quote to clean up was outstanding, The two young men communicated arrival time, arrived by greeting us then proceeded to explain the process. Their work ethic is amazing, you are lucky to have such a great team. Thanks so much, very much appreciated.

My move was seamless from start to finish. Crew came on time and worked SO QUICKLY. I had been quoted five hours and they did it in two! The crew was very sweet and respectful. Definitely going to use this company again.

The 2 men were very cordial, informative and careful with the furniture. I thought the price was fair and I will definitely use this company again.

Communication with your company is excellent if it occurs with an actual person. Otherwise, phone messages left have not been returned. I have left messages for scheduling and finance with no response.

The service we received was superb as usual. I wish we could have cut back on some of the time it took was all. We sincerely appreciated all the extra's that the movers gave us. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would use two men and a truck again.

All movers were very helpful and courteous. Especially Jordan.

Mike and Kelley were outstanding. Very courteous and productive. Would like them again when I move from storage to new home.

Only problem was always getting voice mail when calling office. Also, they got lost and were 30 minutes late. Can't understand why they or office couldn't call immediately to avoid. I called office and left vm - no response! Neither of my numbers on file had a missed call notice.
