I was extremely pleased with the team that assisted me on 1/20/24. I moved into a townhouse and they had to move between 3 floors. The stairs were wood and had an extra lip on the end of each stair. I asked the team to be gentle on the stairs and they were GREAT! Took extra time and care to avoid any damage to the wood stairs. I would absolutely recommend this team of 3 to anyone. GREAT JOB!

Rick and Arnie were a fantastic team. They came in and surveyed our belongings, asking questions, and were very attentive to our concerns. They were a joy to work with, both professionally (the moving job) and personally (very friendly personable). They did a wonderful job setting up our belongings in our new location. They arrived early both for picking up and delivering, very efficient!

The movers showed up with no truck. I understand that they couldn't use a big truck due to parking, but they asked to use our vehicles for the move. They were SLOW. One moved and the other "supervised". He was on his phone the whole time and when we asked him questions or for help, he rolled his eyes. We will never use your company again.

Our moving team was excellent! They were efficient and friendly. They packed us so well that not one single item was damaged. Best of all they made us feel like we were being moved by friends.

Was quoted for 450-600, and was told by the mover that they hardly ever reach the upper part of the quote. Was told on the phone that it should only take 2 to 3 hours as well. Initially was given the further office which would've incurred more time, I had to correct them. Movers broke multiple thing. They did not tell me they did, I had to find out later. They left their trash in the storage unit.

Marcos, we are terribly sorry about your experience. Delivering a stress-free move is always our goal, but we definitely dropped the ball on your move. When doing an estimate on the phone with our sales rep, we also have to remember the estimate is based on the items that are disclosed to us, the location, and situation. Moves can go over or under the estiamted time based on other factors: long walks, more items, parking, etc. We do apologize for any of the broken items or trash that was left and encourage you to reach out to our office.

All I can say is that the moving team went above and beyond to make my move seamless. As a widow and mom, this was an extremely stressful time for me but they truly made me feel comfortable and I can not thank them enough. I will recommend 2 Men and a Truck to everyone I know that is moving. Thank you for having wonderful staff that truly cares about your customers!
