Overall the moving team did a good job. They were attentive to my needs and were generally very careful with my furniture. I would suggest they use straps on there dollies to prevent items from falling off of the dollies. They did drop my washing machine off the dolly as they brought it down the ramp from the truck. If the machine had been strapped to the dolly it would not have been dropped.

This was my first time using two men and a truck, and I was pleasantly surprised with the competitive rates, and the service was absolutely excellent. The moving team was outstanding. Very professional very efficient. Very willing to help. Excellent customer service.

The gentlemen who moved us were respectful and friendly. But they broke a large, very expensive armoire. I got the $100 repair/replacement plan when I booked the move. The gentlemen who moved us told us you would call us the following weekday, which did not happen. We called your office, and for two days in a row, we got the run around. Still not able to make a claim. Will be calling attorney.

The movers were kind patient and considerate of the items that were important to me, all the while being aware that they were on a time frame to get us where we needed to be by a certain time, and they did get us there on time. Pasqual and Greg are highly recommended for a raise. I will never use anyone else.

The service has been great , the movers were pleasant and worked hard to be quick and sufficient what bothered me was the lack of communication they didn’t call we had to call the movers to see if they were even showing up and when they got to the destination they did call they just showed up and I wasn’t there at the location at the time . So others than communication it’s been an okay experienc

Jesus, our move team lead, called the morning of our move to make sure he had the right size truck and supplies. He and Eden arrived on time and wasted no time in getting started. Both worked without stopping to get us into our new place in a most efficient and cost effective manner. They were highly professional the entire move.

Trey and the 2 other men were very good. Professional and in no hurry to do anything but take care of our needs. Very patient as moves are always stressful. So, yes, I would recommend this team and will use them for any subsequent moving needs.

Thanks so much for your timely ability to meet my move needs on short notice. My weekend call was returned on Monday morning and the move was Monday noon. That was great. My only negative was that they charged me an extra .25 of an hour although we were finished up in less that 2 hours (12-2). Refund if that would really be appreciated by my elderly father on a minimal income.
