Overall move was very good; however, there was a major mistake on the handling of a granite table top which resulted in itbbeing broken. The top was not not prepared as paid for and was placed flat on the floor of the truck and not on its side as planned. We are waiting on a damage claim. Hopefully this will handled well by Two Men and a Truck and my rating will go higher.

We had a late start in the day but all our items were moved. I had some damage but it was minimal and the crew made an effort to keep us satisfied. Since it was a big move, we went late into the night and everyone was tired but pleasant. Thanks for all your efforts to get us moved by our deadline!

We called at the last minute, due to a flooded storage unit. The office got right in it, had 2 trucks there and we emptied out3 large units, and moved it to another facility in about 5 hours. Even with all the fast moving, we only had one minor mishap, “ things happen”. We were just grateful that because TMAAT got there quick, and helped us move all our belongings to another unit., we only lost about $15k in belonging... it could have been 100k+. There attitude were great, all there professionalism was just what we needed during this stressful moment in our lives. We will see you again in 30 days, when we move into our new home in Montgomery, Tx.

Promptly on time nice personality got the job done ....did scratch up my furniture which I'm not too pleased about

My 3 guys excellent. My parents three guys where just the opposite. They had smoke pot, my mom and dad smelled it on them. They broke a glass out of my china cabinet. Let before finishing the job. All three guys of my 2nd. Truck didn't follow directions. They continued to drop boxes every where. When they packed my parents home, Nothing was labeled. It took my mother 2 days looking for her clothes. When I instructed those guys, ”being my husband and I own the brand new home” when I was directing them, they would walk away and ignore my instructions RUDE!!! They scratched my walls. I will not have anybody take advantage of my 74 yr old mother and my 75 yr old father, who is handicapped. The tall dark-colored man on the 2nd truck is the one that had pot smell, on Thursday.

Overall it was good except for the damage to my door. The move wrote a damage report but now I don't know what to do with the report or how this is going to be paid.

Eric was not friendly and displayed a sour attitude. He displayed anger and impatience upon arriving at every elevator, by pounding angrily and loudly on the door, leaving a sweaty fist print. I felt very uncomfortable with his disrespectful attitude and called to report. The assistant was not disrespectful, however he was not friendly. Eric's attitude did not change. The assistant did finally smile and show some friendliness for the last 5 minutes. I do not know if they had wrapped my glass dining table or not. They arrived at the new place with it unwrapped, glass was completely smeared with hand prints and sweat. This was quite a contrast to how cheerful and professional your movers have been in the past. Also, the front door/frame, brand new, was carelessly dinged.

The movers scratched the paint off our front door in several places...not happy with that at all, as we are trying to sell our home.
Master (wooden) bed has several deep scratches/gouged areas. Refrigerator was scratched during the move, also.

The movers wrapped everything but the most expensive piece, I asked them to wrap it and he said something like he couldn’t. It’s been wrapped the last two times you guys moved it. First he damaged it by putting a appl. Dolly under the side of it and crumbled the bottom part. On the return of unpacking the truck, my husband was right there and notice that they didn’t strap it in and being uncovered also, it rolled into a big air compressor damaging my juke box!!!

The move was supposed to only take a couple hours and ended up taking 4 due to the movers not being prepared. They were supposed to disassemble a loft bed, but didn't have the tool so had to wait for their manager to bring it to them. Then their truck broke down during the move, taking additional time. Once they arrived and reassembled the bed, they used power tools (which we explained they weren't supposed to) and stripped the screws, put them in half way and crooked, and lost multiple screws. We had to chase the truck down the street and stop them, only for one of the guys to come in (with power tools and 1 missing screw in hand), to begin to "fix" it, only to mess it up more. Once gone we realized another missing screw and had an unusable, unsafe bed.
