From the wonderful and pleasant initial communication with Crystal to the prompt, professional and timely pick-up and drop-off of the two movers, the overall experience was fantastic. Marvin and Whana (I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell his name) were AMAZING! They made my move peaceful and seamless. They were attentive, kind and incredibly hard working. I'm very happy with my move experience overall. Steve (who did my estimate), Crystal and the moving team were fantastic. No complaints from the team even though the weather was very poor to and at my destination - they remained cheerful and got my stuff unloaded in freezing temps (literally) while doing their best to minimize the mess.

the moving team was great although there was damage to some furniture. did not notice damage til a few days later. all in all the team worked very hard.
