The moving team was not efficient nor prepared with enough supplies.
Who is responsible?
The boxes were packed poorly (items thrown in boxes; pictures not wrapped). I pulled my clothing out of short wardrobe boxes and all my long clothing was crushed at the bottom.
I was asked to carry lamps in my car and to have the sectional delivered the next day. NO.
James and Michael were great however.

Very professional team who called me to confirm they were on their way. They were on time, carefully wrapped my furniture, and promptly loaded it with no damage to the furniture or my house. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our team of movers were very polite, clean-cut young men. They worked well together to get the job done quickly. They didn't waste time standing around or arguing. We were definitely pleased with each member's performance. The lead mover explained the paperwork thoroughly to our satisfaction. The team took great care to wrap our furniture for protection during transport. Great experience!
