very pleased! We had Hurricane Harvey damage that required us to move all the furniture from one part of our house to another part of the house so our hardwood floors could be refinished. The furniture was moved on a Saturday and a week later the crew was back to move the furniture back into the rooms. The guys that came were great! Everything was moved quickly, but also very carefully.

Almost the entire experience was wonderful, except for two things.

When it was time to depart the old residence, the driver said he would wait and follow us, but he took off, and so did not know our intended route.

Second, there was a cable hanging across the driveway that we raised for the truck to fit under, but the driver pulled out without waiting for us to raise it again, breaking our Directv cable. I specifically asked the driver to document that he broke the cable, which he did, but not on the official contract. The fee for repairing the cable was $99. He did not seem appropriately concerned with this issue. He said call the office, but of course I was very busy.

overall the move was great. the mover team was great. we had a little issue with the company not going the tam a credit card for gas and lodging . this forced the truck to be 3 hours late getting to home. The team did completely unload that night great job

It was a very small job and sometimes those are the hardest to do well. From the office staff to the moving team, thank you for your attitude and attention to detail. Jackie

Travis and Leonard showed up exactly when I was told they would - they were very professional and did not waste any time collecting the stuff from my house and loading it (exceptionally) into the truck.

Both guys were polite and explained in detail everything they were doing and the plan to get it to my destination.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the company and will use them again (actually hope I get Travis and Leonard specifically) when I am ready to move from this Katy apartment to our new home in Cypress in a few short months.

I was also called prior to and immediately after to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had questions or concerns - I had none of either.

The movers did a great job. Extremely efficient and professional. I would hire them and your company again.

The two man team that handled our move to San Antonio from League City was exceptional! Travis and Dalton were top shelf and would definitely request those two again. They were very courteous, professional, and very careful with our household goods.

The movers Alexander and Patrick were very fast and also made sure all objects were well cared for.

The 2 gentlemen that showed up were so professional. They moved quick and were on there way. Would definitely use them again.
