Overall, I was disappointed with the services provided by Two Men and a Truck. The office staff and moving crew were polite throughout the entire process, which was nice. However, several major issues took place during our pack and move. First, during the pack, the crew failed to finish packing the house and left several rooms untouched. We had to move pack and move these rooms ourselves. After 3.5 hours of work, they left saying they were done packing. The next day, during the move, there were many significant issues. Our baby crib had missing pieces, twin bed had missing hardware (still missing), crew left entire tool set at our house (we still have it), we had to move our entire attic and shed belongings ourselves because they fell behind during the move. Overall, poor deal.

Patrick and Aaron out of the Pasadena location were amazing! Knowledgable on the operations and how to efficiently make the move successful. They had a professional and a humorous demeanor. Thank you for the great service and friendliness. We have used Two Men for 2 moves now and we will continue! Totally worth it!!! Thanks again!!!

After being out of our home for 8 months due to the flooding from Hurricane Harvey and anxious to move back home, we had a very pleasant experience with the service and even though we didn't have very much the move! It was handled with care and respect. The three guys, Patrick, Charles and Jose were very polite. We thank your you for caring.
