We liked the fact that Carmine came to the to evaluate the house and thoroughly explained the process.
The day of the move the team was very professional and deligant. I felt they took care with our belongings.

Everything was fine except for the large scratch they left on our hardwood floor and big ding that chipped paint on the wall.

I was happy with our two movers. However, one of the movers kept taking smoke breaks. I paid by the hour and I don't think I should have had to pay for smoke breaks.

Just needed some furniture moved around the house this time, and while I did have to pay the 2 hour minimum for a 30 minute job, I was glad we didn't have to move everything ourselves.

Had some heavy cabinets to move that were also really tall. The service was excellent and great price! A++++ service

Jesus and Chris did a fine job. They were quick and yet careful. Great experience!

The two movers showed up on time. They wrapped all of our things very carefully and communicated very well. Nothing was harmed in the move and they did a very good job.

I was very specific as to what I needed and what I wanted from company. Scheduler was able to advise me on the best way to facilitate that result. Movers received a good rating because it was 110 degrees and they’d come from a prior job. That said.. they were extremely professional and efficient. They were informed about my situation and expectations. They not only met bud exceeded!

I am still finding damage. I was giving a huge estimation range in price for moving a safe. Since it was a smaller model, I figured it was the lower. Wrong. I was not told the real price of moving a 250lb safe until AFTER it arrive at the destination (the high end of their range). (Let's just say I could have bought a new one for the price.) They left scratches on doors, ripped out a threshold board, took a chunk out of my bedroom door frame, and used my personal bedroom bathroom (without flushing!) All of this I found on my own after the fact, and after me giving them a tip for the hard work. Movers seemed to hate this job too. All this for over $600 and less than two hours (I only had a few things moved 3 miles away). I have been telling everyone to stay away!!!!!!
