The crew foreman lacked confidence or competence when directing the move. He kept saying his supervisor was coming to help evaluate the move, but the supervisor never arrived. Instead, the crew took an hour’s worth of break waiting and charged me for it. The crew foreman also jumped on the back of a $6,000 massage chair to get it to move. Still don’t know if it will work again.

The 3 men were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. They made my moving day a breeze once we got past the estimate mistake. I filled out the online form AND spoke to Kayla via phone and went over everything to move. My emailed estimate was correct but the estimate she gave the movers was way off. She left off almost all of my furniture which was pretty stressful for me and the 3 men.

The guys that loaded our POD were awesome!!!! We would use them again and again for things if we had stayed in Texas. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family there.

Great experience. Staff was able to get our move scheduled very last minute and were so gracious about everything! The movers were fast and courteous. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely use again should the need arise.
