Friendliest, most affordable way to take the hassle out of moving!

My husband was not able to help with our move and it was all up to me. Cathy in the office, recommended 3 men and a truck because of the large amount that needed moving. Rodney, Zach and Billy did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

My grill was broken in-two. The base (wheels/legs) broke from the grill itself. What can be done about this?

The guys were moving a couch upstairs, I was outside the house, once got the couch upstairs they dropped it! It landed so hard I could hear it from outside & watched every window in the front of the house shake!

One of the movers slid a reclining chair across the hard wood floors without a pad or blanket, it scratch the hard wood floors.

Was moving from one apartment to another and needed help moving my heavy items (sofa, dress, washing machine, etc.). Movers were quick and efficient, especially considering that I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment. They even came an hour earlier than scheduled and finished in less time than I was quoted. Very pleased!

While they took extra care harnessing down my items. The entire experience could've been finished in half the time. They dragged their feet, stopped to argue with each other on multiple occasions, and I took more trips to the truck than either of them during the day. Thankfully nothing broke, but there was multiple phone calls made while on the clock with a girlfriend. They didn't seem to remember what I said to move and not to move after multiple times telling them throughout 3 hours. Pretty sure one of them was sitting in truck 3/4 of the time. Happy my stuff was moved, but they were the slowest movers I've had.

The movers damaged the desks, hit door ways, and were careless with the furniture. These desk's were heavy, but that is why we hires movers. They were so careless that we only allowed them to set the furniture into the room. We arranged them properly ourselves.

We were extremely satisfied with the full extent of service. From scheduling online to telephone conversations to the movers. I wish there were a rating above excellent!

When it appeared he was about to break something else, I said something to him, and he rudely said andamp;acirc;€œWhat do you want me to do about it?andamp;acirc;€
Horrible customer service and interaction- sad thing was, he has been with the company 6 years. The older nice guy, only 2 months and was being trained by the rude one. Hope he doesnandamp;acirc;€™t pick up that attitude!
I called management and they apologized- said sometimes young people just say what comes to mind without thinking first.
They also talked a lot to each other- wasting my time and money.
I have used you before but would not again.
