I was happy overall with the move. However, I didn’t feel like the team was taking sufficient steps to protect items. I was have to repeatedly ask them to take care with items.

Your moving team did a good job. The only drawback was they a left a small amount saran behind that they had wrapped items with, they neglected to remove
the saran from a couple items and there was a small amount of damage on a chair. Besides that they were cheerful, accommodating, and very professional.

If I move again, I will have a complete understanding of the size of the truck. My estimate was for 1 truck, based verbally on items in each &every room.It took 2 trucks&another day.One 2door wooden file cabinet is broken beyond repair.Several items were scratched.I packed all china &silver from China Hutch& moved it myself.However the top door of the hutch was broken&needs repair.Items were tossed&not handled with care.

I was overall very pleased. However, some damage occurred at the apartment and I still have not been contacted to get the repairs completed. Today is my move out date and I will forfeit my deposit if the repairs are not done.

Everyone was so nice! Moving crew worked quickly and had great attitude- even in the heat. Some furniture got a little banged up but they finished early which got the price below the quote.

I did get a follow up phone call from office staff and I explained my only complaint about the move - but I haven't heard back as yet. I was very clear during the phone call to set up the move that I had a heavy ceramic smoker, similar to a Green Egg. I was told they could move it. The onsite team, however, could not move it. I had to hire another moving company the next day to get my Komodo Joe smoker to my new place. I feel like I paid twice for that. The extra expense for me was $100. Other than that - the guys were great. I tipped each of them $10 at the end of the move.

I was quoted 5-7 hours and that I had much less than the average home my size. The movers instead took over 8-9 hours, did not know how to load or organize their truck, ran out of space, tons of empty room at the front of the truck, and broke everything in FOUR boxes. Frankly, the office staff was great and the actual work was abysmal.

I'd like to emphasize this is meant regarding my moving team. Eric, Reggie and Chris did a *fantastic* job during the move. There was never a moment they were not in movement. I saw them hustling to and from the truck to get things wrapped and packed as efficiently as possible. Also, their attitude was cheery and very can-do!

I did have two mishandlings during the move. One was a photo that had the glass break. I hadn't packed it right, and although I said it was fine to move like that, I would've preferred a mover stop me and suggest they repack it properly. Small casualty. Second was a washing machine that arrived with scratch marks across the front. I know the movers wrapped it with a blanket, but somehow it still arrived scratched. Regardless, the moving team was still 5-Stars!

They lost part of our master bedroom king size bed and sheets and mattress cover
