Our team was friendly and polite and worked so hard. Despite not being able to finish in one day, the main office got us scheduled with a different team the very next day to finish up, despite it being the day before Thanksgiving.

Josue, Wes & Mervyn are fantastic! My 2bd/2ba apartment was quoted 5-6 hrs which it has never taken before with any company. I was very pleased with the final job time.
However, when office staff who clarified the card information was “bold” enough to say, something along the lines of…why did you finish so fast, you’re going to kill our profits…THAT was a very disappointing, way to end the move

The guy on the phone (maybe Tristan) was not completely transparent on pricing. He sent me a “recording” of our conversation and a specific question I asked was not on that recording……hmmm. When I called to try to resolve the issue the “compliance supervisor” happens to be the same guy who took the reservation. When I asked to speak to someone else (his boss) he said “he” is the final word.Garbage
