Two new movers. They let the glass for the China cabinet on the table and didn’t include it. The supervisor had to come help and walk them through moving the bas. A job that should have taken 30 minutes to triple … 3 pieces was it. Then we had a surprise charge for 160 for the truck…. Movers were kind and personable but inexperienced.
Response
Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not fully meet expectations. After reviewing the recorded call, we confirmed that the $160 travel fee and hourly rate were communicated in advance, though we understand that a lot of information can be shared quickly and may feel overwhelming at times.
To ensure your move was handled safely and correctly, a manager with over 5 years of experience came out to assist and walk the crew through the process. Ultimately, the move was completed within the estimated time and cost provided.
We truly value your business and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further. We’ve attempted to reach out, but please feel free to contact us directly at 512-416-6800 so we can address any remaining concerns. Thank you for choosing Two Men and a Truck.

Based on past experience, Two Men and a Truck are always our first choice for moving. No job is too small or two large for them. Everybody is curteous; the movers are always very careful with our belongings.

The moving crew exceeded our expectations. They were not only on time but were very efficient. From door to door our move was nearly half the time we expected. The guys were so courteous. This is our 2nd time to use Austin-based Two Men and a Truck. We will use again should the need arise. Thank you.
