A chair was broken in the move. The mover said I would be contacted within 48 hours to discuss compensation. It’s been 72+ hours and I haven’t been contacted.

Great crew: very professional, friendly and courteous. They were fast yet taking care to protect each piece of furniture. Speed is important since part of the bill is based on time to execute the move; care is important since they were handling many family heirlooms. We used TMT before and were pleased with that experience which is why we used them again and they did not disappoint.

Overall experience was terrible. Movers were incredibly slow and unprofessional. Complained the whole time and turned a 5hr move into a 10 hr move. Damaged property but I was ready for the experience to be done so didn’t bother with damage statements.
