The Two Men and a Truck team was awesome! From the first call with the customer service rep, to the final move, I felt like their only customer. The team was very responsive, professional, friendly and extremely helpful! Sean (rep) was so informative and patient as I asked 100 questions, and he was very accommodating to all of my special requests. the onsite team was stellar as well. I was lucky enough to have 2 Men + a manager show up to help with my move at no extra cost. 3 men meant a much faster move, and even more $$ saved! They were careful with all of my belongings and even offered to move things I had planned to just take myself. The scooped up all the extras & were in great spirits even though it was 105+ degrees out. I would DEFINITELY recommend them, and plan to use them again!

Very professional office staff who explained the entire process to us. Pretty good to talk to and was luckily quite close to our house in Austin. Olivia was really helpful and worked with us to accommodate our last minute request of a late start and also notifying us about the estimated total. I would like to suggest an improvement which may/may not help. Please provide a confirmation email about the reservation/booking so we are aware about the movers coming at a specific time and provide a courtesy call (automated is fine) about the confirmation a day in advance. Very unprofessional. Took twice as long as it should have. Moved items myself to get the ball rolling. Don’t recommend.

Two Men and a Truck is a top notch moving service! They were very careful to suit all my needs when moving to a new apartment. They billed just under the time it took to finish the job which was also nice. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

The Austin office scheduled my move promptly. The moving team were courteous, professional, and efficient; their quick work kept the cost very reasonable. They'll be my first call if I need moving services in the future. Highly recommended.
