Movers were 5 hrs late
Major disruption to my plan - my mom is in ICU -I needed to be with her not waiting (with limited communication from your company - called every hour to say they are an hr away! Then 5 hrs later they show up-
Horrible service - then charged me FULL price - I called customer service - still no word back .....

The moving team arrived 1 hour after the quoted time. One of the two guys stepped away to take a phone call that lasted over 30 minutes. It took them 3 hours to take my stuff out of my apartment, but 30-60 minutes to move the same furniture into my house, even though I unplugged and made everything easily accessible in the apartment. They told me they were taking a 15 minute lunch break, but took 45 minutes to get to my house less than 3 miles from my apartment. Some of my furniture arrived with pieces of wood missing or broken, even though they took 3 hours to wrap everything and put it in the truck.

The estimated time of my move was 7 to 9 hours. My move took 14 hours! Lots of damage to my furniture and new house. The movers were tired, and one decided to sit down and not do anything toward the end of the move. Some furniture was not unwrapped or put together. Master bed was put together incorrectly. So many mistakes!

I gave a different credit card to the crew to charge and it was not used. The customer service line is never answered and it took over 24 hours to get a call back on all 4 of my calls trying to get the credit card charge corrected. The move and crew were great but the follow up service was frustrating.

Up to that point, it had been a pretty rough move. Two Men and a Truck came in and ensued us they would take care of us and they did.
They worked tirelessly while they were here and protected our possessions as if they were their's. I will use and reccomend ery hem again. Great job....

The Two Men and a Truck team was awesome! From the first call with the customer service rep, to the final move, I felt like their only customer. The team was very responsive, professional, friendly and extremely helpful! Sean (rep) was so informative and patient as I asked 100 questions, and he was very accommodating to all of my special requests. the onsite team was stellar as well. I was lucky enough to have 2 Men + a manager show up to help with my move at no extra cost. 3 men meant a much faster move, and even more $$ saved! They were careful with all of my belongings and even offered to move things I had planned to just take myself. The scooped up all the extras & were in great spirits even though it was 105+ degrees out. I would DEFINITELY recommend them, and plan to use them again!

The movers were very helpful and friendly. They were respectful of my property and my time!

The moving guys were great. I don’t believe the front office explained the travel charge so that was a surprise.
