Only negative thing about office experience - I was told that I could "sell back" any unused boxes. Based on that, I bought more than I thought I would probably need and ended up with around 10 extra boxes, but when the movers came, they weren't aware of any policy to buy back the extras.
Only negative thing about the moving experience - The whole moving team was super helpful and friendly and you could tell they knew what they were doing, but there was almost an hour delay to start unloading at my new apartment. The layout is a little confusing, and I wasn't able to find the moving team for about 30 minutes after they parked the truck. Then when I found them and showed them where my apartment was, they wanted to move the truck which took another 30 minutes.

Overall, it was a positive experience. I did have a vase broken though.

The three young men that did the move where excellent...very courteous and hard working. Really enjoyed their get it done attitude.

Moving is never fun.....well, maybe it's not that bad after all.....
Our move was absolutely seamless, and the men who did the physical move were absolutely courteous, friendly, and ready to go! They took delicate care of some very nice furniture, as if it was their own.
HIghly recommend this company.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE AND CONCERN OF THE MOVING TEAM. IT WAS A RAINY DAY AND THEY CONTINUED TO WORK HARD. THEY EVEN MISSED LUNCH TO GET IT DONE. I WOULD ONLY GO BACK TO TWO MEN AND A TRUCK TO DO ANY MOVE. THANK YOU.

The move took a lot longer than was calculated due to an elevator being doing and needing to utilize one further down. I kept apologizing but the men were very understanding and still had a smile on their face!

All 3 men were incredible! Very efficient, charming, respectful and listed to instructions well... better than that, i didnt need to give a lot and they took charge. Ive never had a moving company before but after this experience i wont move again without one! THANK YOU
