The move was great and it all went well however I was moving from the 2nd floor in one apt building to the 3rd floor in a new apt building. The moving team told me the paperwork said it was a one story to one story move. We also stopped to pick up a sleeper sofa and recliner and I guess that wasn’t communicated well either. The moving team expressed concern for moving a sleeper sofa and said it was difficult especially to a 3rd story. I felt really bad for the moving team because they said the paperwork reflected something different and they said the sleeper sofa was kind of unexpected and hard for them to move to a 3rd story so I felt a bit bad. I just wish they were better informed because I remember stating all this on the phone

When I called the office, the response I received was far better than the previous companies I was receiving quotes from. I felt extremely comfortable with the value and the service. The team that showed up to do my move was exceptional. They were polite, fast, and most of all made me feel at ease with a stressful situation. I will highly recommend Two Men and Truck to anyone that is moving. Thank you for your wonderful service.

EVERYTHING FROM THE FIRST CALL TO THE TRUCK DRIVING AWAY WAS TOTALLY WHAT WAS EXPECTED SO ALL WAS GOOD, EXCEPT, THE TWO MAN CREW WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN TAKING CARE OF OUR FURNITURE AND EXCEPTIONALLY COURTIOUS.

There were times that I looked out the window and one of the guys was on the phone instead of moving my things. If you are going to be on the phone, you should clock me out instead of having me pay for that time. Also they took the top off my recliner couch and it is still popping off now. Granted the recliner part of my couch was broken already, but they made it worse by taking the top off and not popping it back in properly. I will not be using your services again.

-movers were slow(moved one chair from my dining room at a time ) Would forget supplies for more trips
-Asked me for help moving my mattress
-Couldn’t figure how to maneuver furniture out of doors
-Ripped my mattress cover ($5)
-Dining room table , mattress , washer , 4 chairs , TV , TV stand , cabinet set, 1 lamp took 5 1/2 hours ??
